JARVIS — Privacy Policy

Who we are — JARVIS is a personal AI assistant developed and operated by Yousef Skeikar for his own use. It is not offered to the public.

Data JARVIS accesses — With the owner's explicit permission through Google Sign-In, JARVIS may read Gmail messages and metadata, read Google Calendar events, and read and update Google Sheets and Drive files owned by the owner. JARVIS only accesses the Google accounts of its owner.

How the data is used — Only to perform tasks the owner requests, such as summarising emails or reading calendar events. Data is never used for advertising and is never sold.

Third-party processing — To generate replies, relevant text may be processed by AI service providers (Groq for language processing and speech-to-text, Fish Audio for text-to-speech), only as needed to answer the owner's request.

Storage and retention — Email and calendar content is not permanently stored. JARVIS may keep short conversation history and notes in a private database controlled by the owner, who can delete it at any time.

Google API Services User Data Policy — JARVIS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access — Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
