1. Personal use only — JARVIS is a private assistant built and used solely by its owner, Yousef Skeikar. It is not offered or sold to other users.

2. No warranty — JARVIS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should be checked before being relied on.

3. Third-party services — JARVIS relies on third-party services (including Google, Groq and Fish Audio), which are governed by their own terms.

4. Privacy — Use of data is described in the JARVIS Privacy Policy.

5. Changes — These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date above will change accordingly.
